Refund policy

At Faza, we design every piece with care, and we want you to feel wonderful in what you wear. If something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Here's how it works.

Faza Club members return complimentary

Faza Club members enjoy complimentary returns: when you're signed in to your account at checkout, we cover the return shipping. Orders placed as a guest cover their own return shipping — so it's worth joining the Club before you order. The 14-day window applies to everyone.

How to start a return

It only takes a moment, and there's no need to email us:

  1. Sign in to your Faza Club account and open Orders.
  2. Choose Request return on the item — or Request cancellation if your order hasn't shipped yet.
  3. We'll review it and email you the next steps, including your return label where available.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We can't accept returns that show signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, fake tan or similar marks).
  • Some items may be marked non-returnable — these aren't eligible for return.
  • Original shipping costs and Package Protection (if purchased) are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Faza Club members (signed in when you ordered): complimentary — we cover your return shipping. Guest orders: return shipping is the customer's responsibility; please use a tracked, reliable service so your parcel reaches us safely. Your original shipping fee isn't refundable.

Exchanges

For a different size or piece, request a return in your account and place a new order for the one you'd like — your exchange ships complimentary. International exchanges aren't available at this time.

When we receive your return

We'll check your item against the conditions above and email you once it's approved (or, rarely, declined). If approved, we process your refund straight away, to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
