We treat everyone who writes to us with warmth and respect — and we ask for the same. We are always glad to help with sizing, orders, returns, or the occasional simple hello.
What we cannot accept is harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, or racist, sexist or otherwise discriminatory remarks directed at our team. Messages of this kind are kept on record and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities and pursued through legal action.
