Faza Atelier is a tribute to the modern woman in all her power and grace. The house was founded on a simple but radical idea: that beautifully crafted clothing should be made for every body — not as an afterthought, but as the foundation of everything we create. Inclusive sizing is not a concession. It is the standard.
Born in Germany and shaped by a love of tactile, considered design, Faza began as a response to an industry that too often overlooked curvy and mid-size women. The house was founded by Marwa and works from one small atelier. Everything is drawn, cut and sewn by the same team, in limited batches, for women the industry has spent a long time treating as an afterthought.
Every Faza pattern is drafted from a curvy body first, never graded up from a smaller block. The pattern starts where most houses stop, so the waist lands where your waist is, the shoulder sits without pulling, and the hem hangs level all the way round. Every silhouette begins from a place of deep respect for the female form in all its dimensions, drawn to drape across a full range of sizes so that fit, movement and confidence are never compromised.
Inward-cut shoulder lines, padded shoulders and a longline cut. Hidden bra strap holders and a back waist adjuster. Modest coverage by design rather than by accident.
Fabrics are chosen in hand, at the mill. Luxury banana crepe and premium georgette, picked for drape rather than for price, and embroidered banarasi for occasion. Banana crepe is prized for its drape, its breathability and a softness that lasts — it moves the way the body moves, and holds its elegance wash after wash. Everything is fully lined, breathable and skin-friendly. We do not use what is simply available. We use what is right.
Each piece is cut and sewn by the same small team, on the same machines, in batches small enough to check by hand. Small batches are a deliberate choice: they keep quality high and waste low. Rather than manufacture at scale and hope the pieces sell, we work in limited runs — and some pieces are made to order, cut individually once yours is placed.
An independent house. Skilled artisans, fair wages, cruelty free, sustainable packaging, international shipping, and fourteen days to return anything — free for Faza Club members. Nothing is produced to sit in a warehouse: no excess inventory, no landfill surplus, no compromise on material to hit a price point. We are a growing house and honest about the journey — sustainability is not a destination we have arrived at, but a discipline we return to with every decision. Faza is for women who move through the world with intention, who invest in fewer, better things, and who expect their clothing to honour them.
